The email subscribers are indeed connected correctly. The issue is the developer of our new self hosted WP site created custom post categories, so therefore when a new post goes out under any of the custom posts they don't get sent out to the subscribers. Do you know of any ways to fix this?

I heard this is a feature that Jetpack subscriptions does not have yet. Are there any plugins?

I recently revamped my site and need to be able to transfer over all the previous blog subscriptions emails so that when a new post goes out, it notifies as usual via an email to the subscribers.
It is the same URL for the site and I have jetpack connected to the same wordpress account from the older site.
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to no avail.
I had previous help in the thread linked below, but I'm having similar trouble again.
