Your header image is 1024px wide and the wrapper for your site is 960px wide. That is what is causing the issue. Not sure if that is a bug in the theme or what. Add the following to the bottom of your custom CSS.

overflow: hidden;
}

div.logo img {
margin-left: -40px;

When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer in the Premium Theme Support Forum. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard

Also note that you may need an annually renewable custom design upgrade to achieve that so check in the Premium Themes Forum first.
