The top menu on the site linked to your username has "Home, about, cooking, projects, ideas, etc., across the top. Each item, Home, about, etc., is a menu item and the entire collection is the "menu." You can add as many menu items to a menu as you desire (although there are practical limits due to available space).

I am looking for a free theme that will let me have at least 4 menus at the top area of my page. More would be better but I can work with 4. If you know the name of one could you please let me know. It would be very helpful.
