Whether this is possible on a theme or not depends on whether the theme designer was generous enough with CSS selectors. It can be done in most of the newer themes.

Some themes here have "no-sidebar, full-width" page templates which can be assigned to pages, but that removes only the sidebar widget area, not the menu or the header.
