			<description><![CDATA[<p>The drop down menu on your blog is actually appearing above the header image, but it just looks like it's not because the white color of the drop down menu item is the same color as the top part of the header image. You can get a better idea of what I mean if you add a border around the drop down menu item like this:</p>
