1. Go to Appearance -> Themes in your dashboard
2. Click on the blue "Customize" button
3. Click on the light gray link labeled "Site Title & Tagline"
4. Check the box next to "Display Header Text"
5. Click the blue "Save" button

Make sure to refresh your view of your homepage in order to see the change take effect:

Now I have a picture but I can't get my title and description won't show up. Kind of frustrating. Maybe I'll try a different theme. Thankyou for your response.
