We'll try our best to keep the list updated on the Support page @designsimply mentioned above.

You can also find themes with Custom Menu support by filtering under Appearance > Themes and choosing "Custom Menu" from the Feature Filters menu.

The Theme team needs to make an announcement of some sort whenever they get one updated to work with the custom menus.

My struggle is in finding a theme i like that has them. My favourite style is contempt or digg 3. Narrow, 2/3 column with super clear boxes.

How will we know when new themes have been integrated with this feature?
Any guesses when the next batch will come along.
