Make posts, not pages. Use categories to tell the ones that have something in common. That way, when people are interested in only one kind of thing, they click on the Category in your Category widget, and only those posts come up.

There is ONLY one page on a blog that will update the way you want; the main page. If you want other pages to do this, what you need is more blogs.
