I'm trying to figure out a way so that when someone creates a new site (we are using the wordpress 3 multi site feature), we provide a selection of categories that they choose from. I'd like to then make it so that the new site gets those categories assigned/created to it.

We also want to restrict the new sites from being able to create new categories. All categories must be based on categories that are maintained on the main site.

Thoughts?
