If that's the case, the problem is that those tabs are actually "Pages" I believe, not posts. If you wanted it to go under "latest post," you would have to create a new post, then it will be listed under "latest posts." Pages and Posts are two different things if that's the confusion.

So basically, you could just copy the content you wrote in the Page with the content you wanted to be listed under "latest post," and create a new post. Then, you can paste the content from that page to your new post. Once you publish your new post, it should be listed under that section, "latest post."

The latest posts widget is will dynamically show your latest posts (number shown from what you have set in the widget configuration.

"your first time" in the top navigation is a page, not a post and will not show up in the latest "posts" widget. Perhaps review the following support document on the differences between pages and posts.

We organize our posts by use of categories. There is only one dynamic page in a blog and we cannot post to more that one page. However, we can create the appearance that we have done that by setting up a custom menu and displaying Categories in tabs along the horizontal navigation menu.
