.photo-meta {font-size: 80%;}

Unfortunately in this theme there is not a separate selector for the "uncategorized" designation. You can make it look better by creating and using categories. Almost any word would be better than "uncategorized". Alternately you can remove the whole line with date, uncategorized, no comments... but you may not want to. If you do want to, just use
.photo-meta {display:none;}

Note that when you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing.

We Volunteer do not recommend that anyone who lacks CSS editing experience purchase the custom design upgrade. The upgrade comes with Staff support but it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the threads with the earliest dates first and there are others waiting too.
