When I share my post on Facebook, it only shows the text of my blog, it does not show a thumbnail. I've tried it with and without a feature image. I've posted 98 posts, and it's just been in the past 2 post that this has happened, and it's soooo frustrating.

Do I need to upgrade or add an app? Please help me!!
