I Changed the theme without removing widgets. And when I applied new theme I couldn't add widgets that used with old theme. There were no add buttons in that widgets & that widgets were not in the blog.

Before change the theme, all the used widgets must be removed. After apply the new theme all the widgets can be added.

I guess some themes aren't widget....aware
