Ideally, all users would update the setting to indicate the actual primary language of their blog, or we would have an algorithm to recognize a post's language and then only show you the posts in the language you're interested in.

For now, you will occasionally see non-English posts in your Topics. The vast majority of posts is in English, though, so you'll have plenty to choose from if you want to read up on a particular topic.
