You have a Site Redirect upgrade with a custom domain, which is pointing to 1and1 name servers. bluemeadowdesigns.com seems to be forwarding to bluemeadowdesigns.wordpress.com, causing redirect loop. Could you check the domain configuration and make sure to remove any forwarding or redirect if it's set up from outside of WordPress.com?
