I have just got two emails, each in different formats, for the same comment made on my blog. This has happened once before, when the follow comments box was automatically ticked for everyone.

I have it set up for me to receive e-mail notifications when I receive a comment, but my inbox was completely empty. I checked my spam filter and I double-checked that the e-mail notifications were turned on. Any idea what could have happened? Thanks!
