I can switch to HTML view, and back to regular view, and it's ok again.
I also get the "are you sure you want to navigate away from this page" message when I try to save or publish.

I tried clearing the cache/deleting cookies, and that didn't help.
Firefox 3.0.1
Mac 10.5.4
