Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Syndication feeds show the most recent

Looks like you are limiting the feed to 10 items - try a larger number - not sure what to tell you about the long term & itunes but this should be a short term fix.

I have a podcast that I post on my free wordpress account at http://www.outofcontinues.com
Today I posted Episode 4 of my podcast, and I later checked iTunes to make sure it updated and that it's up there.

As you can see, Episode 4 has updated on there, but now Episode 1 is gone. I checked my RSS feed, at both
http://outofcontinues.com/feed/
and
http://feeds.feedburner.com/OutOfContinues

The post for Episode 1 is no longer on the feed, so I'm assuming that's why it's no longer on iTunes. Can anyone help me with this? Why did it disappear from the feed and how can I get it back?
