But there is also a problem with the implementation. Typically, the link says "x bloggers like this". But if you click, in the window that opens it says "y bloggers like this", where y is significantly smaller than x. I agree that it's not brilliant. And this is not the only change...
Now I can't use hovercards and have a quick look and info about a blogger's profile. I have to click on it. Plus I noticed that I can't see the number of likes on my dashboard in "All posts" menu too. Before you could have a quick overview of likes there, which was very practical...
So many clicks... so little time :(

Gravatars aren't even linked to blogs. They drive traffic to the gravatar profile pages and many bloggers don't even enter their blog links on those profile pages at all.

Likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can "like" and "share" your posts in several locations such as the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat. I am happy the big blocks of like clicks that are not representative of actual page view stats are now nicely tucked away, rather than increasing page loading time on my blogs.

I want my gallery to show. I don't want someone to have to click a link to see it - nor do I want to click it. I'd like the option to put it back the way it was.
