If you don't mind helping one more time...could you go in to http://www.liveyourmessage.com/ and look at what she has done with the opt-in? that's what I mean. Is that even possible with wordpress.com or would I have to have wordpress.org?

I really want a header with an opt-in so visitors can fill in their email address so I can build my list. For example: "Fill in your email address and get a free dvd"?

If not now, are there any plans to have headers like this in the future?
