You can find this at Appearance > Menus in your Dashboard.

I read many of the forums, and tried applying some of the advice (such as changing the order under Page Attributes). I want my "Our Book" page to be the third page, but haven't had any luck. I read one support comment where it said that some themes don't allow the order to be changed. Is Pilcrow one of those themes where I'm not allowed to change the order of the pages? Thank you for any help!!
