User accounts can't be deleted, but you can take some steps outlined here:

My account is registered to the right e-mail adress, but the blogs (here http://xkmswlfdjlgkl.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php) are not, they are registered to an old email that I no longer have access to, when I try to change that e-mail address to my current one, it sends a verification email to the OLD adress, that I cant access, and therefore I cant confirm the change of e-mail address, hence not change the a-mail adress connected to the blogs and therefore not delete them. Can you help me?

If the email address on your account is out of date, you can update it here: https://wordpress.com/#!/settings/

Then, you'll be able to delete the blogs, if that's what you'd like to do, following the steps described here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Id actually like to erase my whole account, I dont use any of the blogs anymore since I got my own domain. Is that possible?
