Some pictures work and others don't, so I just experiment to find one that works and roll with it.

I did come up with another question relevant to Oxygen which you could help me with (and thanks a ton for the assistance, by the way!). You know the main showcase slider on the main page? I was wondering if it were possible to create more than one of these sliders; I want to have a slider for each separate page, if possible. But, when clicking the option to display the page as a Showcase Template, nothing changes. Also, as you can see on my blog I have a few pages based on category: films, literature, etc. Is it possible to put sliders on these pages?

The problem is that some of my posts, when marked 'Make this post sticky', do not appear in the slider OR the Recent Articles area. If I unsticky them, they then show up in the Recent Articles section. But, when stickied, they do not show up in the slider area like they are supposed to. I'm trying to figure out why, especially because not all of my posts behave this way..

It's been designed to not to have duplicated posts on the page. Also note there is no option to display more than three Recent Articles on the Showcase Page template.

Now, aside from a more complicated interface, I've been loving WordPress! But my problem is that the theme I've been using (Oxygen) seems inexplicably moody with regard to sticky posts on the static page. Only some of the posts seem to react properly when marked as sticky. Others will vanish if marked as sticky; they'll still be on the left sidebar as a recent post, but won't appear in the main middle section at all.

I've tried deleting and reposting the particular posts that have this problem, but that had no effect. I tried using different pictures for the Featured Image, in case that was the issue, but nothing. Does anyone here have any idea how to fix this problem?
