By default your home page displays all your posts and you have not published any posts. I have gone to my Reading Settings> Static Page. I have chosen my static page as 'Welcome' & Post Page as 'Blog'

What shows up on my live page is:
1) 'Welcome' shows as 'Home' on the Menu Bar
2) 'Blog' page is reading 'not found'

So…
1) How do I change the text to 'Welcome' in the Menu Bar?
2) How to I have my Blog show up with posts?
