The theme does support a top menu, and you already have a tab ("Fulltime Nudist"). The reason your pages wouldn't show in the top menu is you've created and activated a custom menu: if you want them in the top menu, you need to go to Appearance > Menus and add them to your menu.

No worries. Nowadays almost all themes have tabbed headers, but not every one.

I don't believe that theme has tabs: you have to use a Pages widget.

The tabs for my pages are missing from the site. I can see them on my 'pages' page for editing but they are not showing on the site.

Any help would be appreciated.
