I am connecting via DSL connection, using https and the latest Mozilla version.

If I compare the demo version to mine, the demo one seems to be much wider and the font bigger while I have both of them open in a same window. Mine seems to be occupying the middle third of the screen and there is quite some grey space on both sides.

Is it possible that you need to adjust the ZOOM setting on your browser?

How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog?

Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

Which browser and version of it are you using?
