Hi. My blog is about pugs, so I decided to make a page about the blog and one on the pugs' history. When I clicked on "The Pug Blog of 2010" VISIT SITE button, there was no way to get to my pages. How do I make them available or visible? Please help me!

@evealiceb: The permalink of a subpage is: "blogURL/parent/child". But you've titled your subpages with nothing but numbers. A permalink such as "blogURL/parent/2" means 2nd page of "parent" (when you've split that page into multiple pages using the nextpage tag). So permalinks such as your "blogURL/parent/2003" lead nowhere. You need to edit your subpages: on the page editor screen, click the Edit button you can see next to the permalink (below the title box), change the editable part to anything other than a plain number, click OK, click Update page. (The titles can remain as they are.)

Thanks for the speedy reply!

Ok, I added the pages widget. But the sub pages still aren't displaying any text. Sorry if I'm just being dumb - it's been a long week - but I can't see what the problem is. I can navigate to the url, but then the content doesn't appear, for example here http://ggbookclub.wordpress.com/book-list/2009/

Hello there,
The theme you choose to use Misty Look does not display child pages. Most wordpress.com themes do not display child pages. The exceptions are Monochrome, iNove, Neutra, Sandbox 1.6.1, and Titan which do have dropdowns to child pages from parent pages in the top horizontal menu.

All other themes require the use of the Pages widget in order to provide access to sub-pages (child pages). http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/pages-widget/

Happy blogging :)

This page (linked above) is the parent of 8 sub pages. All 8 sub pages have text on them, but none of the text is appearing. Not sure what's going wrong! I've tried creating new parent and sub pages, but they still don't work.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
