The theme you're using doesn't have a top menu, and you're talking about the list in the Pages widget. You need to go to Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar 1, open the Pages widget, select "Page order" from the "Sort by" pulldown, click Save.

Create a custom menu and you will have much more control over things.
