As far as they are concerned, it is duplicate content.

You can give an iframe a try, just don't try to edit your blog from within the iframe as that is absolutely a sure way to have issues.

Why not just display an RSS feed of the blog in a page on the website? Here are a couple links that talk about how to do that.
