both of these can be achieved by going to the "users" section of your dashboard.

Whether the email address change will be "allowed" is a different matter. I was under the impression that it's one blog one email address.

While I'm here I'd like to ask another question as well. Can I, now that I've opened another blog, change the e-mail of this new blog so that it is the same e-mail address as my other blog on WordPress?
