They claim there is no problem, so they walked me through paying wordpress to renew for my domain, because it wasn't working the way it was supposed to, the way it always did. They blamed it on wordpress, though I don't think that is the problem. Bottom line, they had me pay wordpress for that directly from my paypal account, instead of helping me fix the problem, so wordpress has been paid, without knowing what they were being paid for, because I didn't go through my dashboard. I notified support, but have not heard back. I don't know what to do.
