You told us way back in this thread you were going to get external hosting. Once you do that, you're on your own and we can't help anymore. Did you get external hosting or not?

I set up a donate button on my wordpress.com blog. Everything is done and mostly working. When you press the button, the link takes you to a "broken link" I am not sure what to do from here.

Also, hdsugarshack is not having trouble adding a paypal button to her already existing site. We had trouble paying for the domain name and hosting with paypal versus with a credit card.

When I used Google Chrome, the PayPal stuff came up. It did not with IE8.

Every browser has different updates. We need to know which version you're using so we can figure out whether the updates are interfering.

If you have decided to go for self-hosting, you don't need ANY upgrades, but it's a lot more technical.

I solved the problem. I used a credit card instead of PayPal. Worked like a charm; domain mapped.
