If you want to make customizations that are outside the scope of CSS edits, you would need to switch to a WordPress.org setup. However, consider keeping them, the hover text is added for accessibility reasons.

I'd like to ask if it's possible to remove permalink pop-up boxes. Basically the ones saying "Permalink to..." when hovering over an image on my feature page.

I am using the Triton Lite theme and have custom upgrade active:)
