Are photos from external image hosts i.e. Photobucket indexed in Google or Bing images under the specific image host url or under the WordPress post url in which they appear?

Reason I'm asking is because I would like to have the option to switch photos on a given blog post (while retaining the original post url) with photos from different image hosts, without hopefully losing the Google images listing. The properties of the photos i.e. title, alt-text etc would all remain the same - for example in the case of changing one landscape for another landscape.

Thanks.
