The reason I am creating a separate google page is because I need to set up a form that feeds directly into my constant contact account, but I am not able to do the on WordPress.

I want users, after they are done doing the form, to be able to navigate back to my wordpress home page.

I want to pull the navigation header from my page.

I'm not clear on what you mean but I do know that we cannot edit templates or themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs, and we cannot use CSS editing to change functionality. We can only use it to change appearance.

You can use constant contact on self hosted WordPress.ORG blog. For clarity I repeat you cannot use constant contact on a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. The contact form that you can use on a free hosted WordPress.COM blog is the one that I linked to above.

Ideally I would like people who enter in the contact forms to automatically be created on a list directly to Constant Contact (the eblast management site we use to manage traffic to this page). But, you are saying that isnt an option?

My second best option would be to have the form contacts be populated into an excel-like document. In this situation, we could then take the updated contact list and write over the old existing one on Constant Contact each time we want to do a blast. This adds an extra step, which is why I would prefer to be able to import something from Constant Contact in order to move contacts directly into our mailing list.

Please advise.

Constant Contact lets up set up an HTML form that can be copy and pasted into our backend on WordPress. (See page at http://johngsdotcom.wordpress.com/2011/08/05/join-the-john-gs-mailing-list/)

When I paste it into the HTML editor on WordPress, I can see the email field and the button for submission. But when I upload the file, it goes missing. I am supposed to be able to enter in an email address and then I will be directed to a more detailed contact form (which I can't even view because I cant get past this initial email entry page).

Can you help? The "View Source" on the actual page is not matching the HTML I was given from Constant Contact. The HTML code I pasted in the backend editor is the following:
