I've deleted everything manually, piece by piece. However, I can't seem to delete old comments. The drop down menu does not even appear.

If this issue still exists after follow the steps for bulk deletion of content I posted above, please posts again.

Another complaint: the importer works 25% of the time, and usually imports blank posts from blogger. If it doesn't work, I have to go back and manually send each post to the trash can, and then manually delete each post permanently from the trash can.

If you post a support thread like this one and notify us that you have an import issue then Staff can assist you. I tagged this thread for their assistance.

If you don't have a lot of content and don't wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

Alternatively, if you do have a lot of content, you can tag this thread with modlook in the sidebar and Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty.

1. In order to make the work a little bit more easier, go to the "screen options" tab and increase the number of entries to 75.
2. Click the check box in the upper left hand corner of the list to select all.
3. Now select "delete" from the bulk actions pulldown and then click the "apply" button.
