The upgrade section in the store stated that I was eligible for a full refund if I was not happy for any reason. I clicked on the "cancel and refund" link to request a refund and got no response. The following day, I received and email with a receipt of my purchase with no mention of my refund. I replied to that email as well as clicking on the "cancel and refund" link a second time and I have had no response from anyone. I would like to have my money refunded, please help. Thank you in advance..
