I am getting decent Bing and Yahoo traffic for a start up blog with only 2 months of life but I haven't seen any Google action. I'd also like to use google Analytics to track my traffic but haven't figured that one out yet. I guess in order to drive more traffic to my blog I need to tag more of my keywords? WordPress.com has tons of search engine juice.

Don't worry about it. Put out good high quality posts regularly with appropriate keywords in them, categorize and tag them (no more than 10 tags) and the magic will happen.
