The information you need will come from your host, the IP numbers etc.

WordPress.COM has no way of knowing the internals of your email host - the information for the A & MX records is then entered as part of your Domain Mapping Upgrade, there is a DNS section, the instructions is in the link that @airodesy gave you above.

My host has sent me this,

"You can also contact WordPress support and advise the A or CNAME records to be added to redirect your domain to their servers.

Once the entries have been changed, your website should resolve to WordPress and mail to Lunarpages.

If you require assistance, please provide us with the A or CNAME record required for WordPress. We will then be able to make the changes for you"

where do I find this information?

This is the format I used when I moved my site and kept my old host to handle my email. I got the info from my old host but the format had to be changed a bit to work on WordPress.COM.

A mail 255.255.255.255
MX 10 mail.my-domain.com.

Hi. This is where you would enter your mail provider's information:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/
Alternatively, the article suggests to use Google Apps to get free email addresses at your domain name.

If neither of these work, contact staff directly:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

And please don't hit "reload" or "refresh" next time. Your topic was posted four times ;-)

HELP!

I have recently changed my WordPress URL to lisafrieling.com,
I followed all instructions, including changing my DNS servers required for switch to "ns2.wordpress .... " etc etc

However, now I do not receive any mail under [email redacted]?
I have contacted Lunar Pages support team and they have suggested I contact WordPress Support,
to see where my mail servers are heading to and how to change them back to point to my original account so I can send/receive emails again?

I have the I.P Address of the mail server if needed!
I need this to be fixed urgently, please help! Thank you!
