I cannot understand this freaking website and how to make it work. I purchased a template from someone and want to upload it. Y'all tell me to get customization for $30 then turns out that you can't upload the template that way. So I wasted $30...and now I have to have my website hosted by GoDaddy. So I upload the template there and they say that my nameservers are not pointed correctly to GoDaddy. I have NO clue what this means and y'all do not have a telephone # to actually help your customers and walk them through this yet you are quick to take money. Poor customer service!

I need the following:

My nameservers to be: ns17.domaincontrol.com and ns18.domaincontrol.com
I need a refund for my $30 customization fee
I need my template to show up on my "wordpress" account.

Do not send me a link to how to do this because I obviously have gone through all of the support pages trying to do this myself and it has failed.
