Greetings:

I administer a multi-author blog. Though one author has no difficulty posting, my posts do not appear on the main page.

WordPress lists my post as "published", and it published content through Facebook/Twitter. The post is very much visible in my RSS reader. But neither the permalink seems to work, nor does it appear on the main page:

http://wingsoveriraq.com/2013/01/20/an-open-response-to-why-the-u-s-military-needs-more-leaders-with-technical-educations

I'm told that I have to fiddle with the permalink settings. Where are these settings? Should I have to use the permalink settings?
