Forever displays Quote and Status format posts in the footer. You need to go to Posts > All Posts, edit the post and select the Standard format (or trash it, if you don't want it at all).

I've tried switching to a different theme and then back, but the post seems to really just want to be there. This draft was deleted and no longer exists on my account.
