I've invited those I want in the group to post but once my friend created her page, it shows no posts on my main page. All I have to do is click which catergory I want my posts to go to, but she is unable to do that from her page she created. Wasn't sure if there was a way for her to post to my page as a catergory.

Google on duplicate content The Panda alogrithm that Google uses is designed specifically to locate duplicate content.

WordPress.com does not provide tools for creating posts and/or pages autofilled with contents from RSS Feeds. Those are the tools that content thieving sploggers use.
Types of blogs
If you wish you can place an RSS widget in your sidebar and enter the link to your friends blog's feed in it. The RSS Widget displays posts from any RSS feed. You might find this handy if you want to show off one of your other blogs, or one of your favorite blogs, in your sidebar.
