Ok I was trying to post the rotating banner today. In my blog. Yesterday I was trying to post product links into my other website.

No advertising banners are allowed - period.
The product links ie. affiliate links are being stripped out by the software and that will continue.
Hire a web host and set up a WordPress.org install.
