E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com

Moneywise, I know that WordAds is only for WordPress, so if I wanted to make money on the other 2 through Google Adsense or something. Would I still be able to? Or since I'm apart of WordAds I can't really join any other?

Well, I have a WordPress blog, a Blogger Account, and I'm gonna open a Tumblr blog. I just wanted to make sure of something before I started making articles.

1. Is it okay to post the same article on multiple sites? Like, I thought of copying some of my posts on this blog to Tumblr and Blogger, but is that legal? Because if not, then I won't of course, but I wasn't sure.

2. If it is okay to do that, is there an easy way to copy all of my posts at once to Blogger and Tumblr? Or do I have to do it 1 at a time?
