You can post just about any video to your WordPress.com blog using VodPod’s “Post to WordPress“ bookmarklet. The “Post to WordPress” bookmarlet will work on just about any site that offers Flash video with an embed code.

What I have learned since yesterday is that I'm running the free version of wordpress.com. This means I am NOT self hosting but letting wordpress host me because I am not that tech savvy. Because of this certain features like plug-ins are not available to me. I wanted to embed video from http://www.archive.org but every time I paste the embed code into a new post it never works. Is there a way around this? Is there a way to embed all types of video onto my free multi-site version of wordpress.com or do I have to buy the videopress upgrade? Thank you so much.
