Jetpack was designed by WordPress.com for use on self-hosted wordpress installations.

To customize using CSS, you need the Custom Design upgrade here. It allows you to make customizations via CSS and also use the Typekit online fonts.

Is this true? If not, please clarify this issue.

Also - how do I install JetPack? Where do I install it?
