You will want to create an entirely new username (sign out of the old one, then make a new one with a new email) and Invite that ID to be the Admin of the blog.

However, one of my blogs I intend to use to speak about sensitive topics that I don't want associated with me. Is it possible for someone for someone to look up my wordpress username and see all the blogs associated with it? If so, is there a way to disassociate my sensitive topic blog from my others, and segregate it under a new user name?
