These posts do not show up on my admin page when I do a sort by month/year or specific title search.

Most in my blog were privatized (with the exception of this month and October) but older ones are still showing up online. These posts do not show up on my admin page when I do a sort by month/year or specific title search.
Plus i want to sort "all posts" in my admin - in the order the were originally published. NOT when they were "updated" in the way of making private most recently.
