How many usernames do you have? Which username originally purchased the domain mapping upgrade for iHatesuckaz.com? The username account that made the original purchase must be the one that renews the upgrade.

So tried to renew it today by clicking RENEW. Mode of Payment was 1)PayPal. I was redirected to confirm in my site and then it stopped there. Nothing Happened. No notice.

I tried to use VISA. Clicked Renew. Same thing happened. Tried again, this time clicked AUTOMATIC RENEW. It worked and got confirmation via email.

BUT STILL I GET THE NOTE THAT MY DOMAIN WILL STOP WORKING BY NOV.21. WHY? I WAS ALREADY CHARGED OF 17 USD.

And in case this will happen, I cannot access all the posts I had in this site? Options?

PLEASE HELP.
